John the Revelator

So write the things which you have seen [in the vision], and the things which are [now happening], and the things which will take place after these things.

Revelations 1: 19 AMP

When the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write. But I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Keep secret[b] what the seven thunders said, and do not write it down.”

Rev 10: 4

A vision from the 16 or 17th, 05.2019

John the Revelator

I stood on a cloud in the heavens. Suddenly a man appeared next to me. He was wearing a white robe with a red sash that fell down from his shoulders. He had a white beard and long white hair. Startled, I asked him, “Who are you?” He gave me a friendly smile and said nothing. He indicated that I should follow him. So I did.

We walked upon the clouds for a while in silence. Soon we reached a place where the clouds gave way and I could see onto the ground below. What I saw was so beautiful. I saw a great lake that went as far as the horizon. The setting sun cast beautiful hues of orange, pink and yellow across the sky and on the surface of the water. I saw angels flying to and fro above, their wings glittering in the light. I also saw a small hill on the shore of the lake, and at the top a castle. The whole scene was breathtaking.

We descended from the clouds onto the path which led up the hill. I noticed that the bricks of the path were made of gold. We walked to the door. The man who had led me there opened it up with a key. Once inside, he took me up a flight of winding stairs. We entered a door which led up into an attic. Inside the attic was a desk. Bookshelves full of many books covered all the walls. By a window stood a telescope.

We went over to the telescope, which he then took and pointed it outside the window. He beckoned me to look through it. What I saw amazed me, I was looking down at planet earth. By adjusting the settings I could zoom and see very clearly, scenes that were taking place on the earth. He also showed me how with this telescope, he could see into other realms in the heavens. He could see everything taking place on earth and in heaven, he could see everything, everywhere.

Next to the telescope was a stand with a big book on it. He explained to me that he would look out with the telescope and then record everything that he saw. He would write down what he saw. That is when it dawned on me that I was speakingto the apostle John. He had been recording world events from the last 2.000 years in that book . He told me that he hadn’t stopped recording and that he had been trusted with that responsibility there in heaven, because he had once been allowed to see into heaven and into the future, and had been faithful then to write down the visions we read in the Book of Revelations. John is the scribe of scribes.

I looked at the books on the shelf, they had no titles, only dates on them. They were records of different time periods on the earth. He seemed to find a lot of joy in doing this, just watching and writing, watching and writing. My eyes were drawn to a time period in which I was born, the 80s. I took the book down and paged through it. Unfortunately I don’t remember what I read. I think I have to do some research on prophetic words and visins that were released onto the earth around that time. Time for another mystery treasure hunt :-).

And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this down: Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they are blessed indeed, for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!”
