When Abba Father Sang Over Us

The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”

Zephaniah 3:17

I stood on the shore next to the Lord looking out into the ocean. All around me were people, scattered on the sand and also higher up on the sand dunes. They were also waiting, also looking out. Then I saw angels flying down and landing amongst the crowd. They too looked earnestly at the horizon. There was an atmosphere of excitement and expectancy in the air. Something big was about to take place.

Then He came. Every cell in my body became alert. He came walking on the water towards us, covered by a cloud of glory. He was huge in stature, magnificent to behold. We were all captivated by the glory of the cloud that surrounded Him.

Then He stopped on the water just short of the shore. And that is when it happened. He started to sing over us. As soon as He released the sound, all the people on the shore fell flat on the ground. The sound hit us like a wave. The song was overwhelmingly beautiful. As He continued to sing, people were getting stirred deep down in their spirit. I started to cry. Deep was crying out to the deep. Everyone around me was crying and releasing their pain, sorrow, trauma, abandonment, rejection…and they were receiving Abba Father’s love, His intimacy, His friendship, His closeness and it was wrecking all of us. I don’t know how long this went on for, wave after wave of His love flowed over us as He continued to sing.

As things finally quietened down and people were peacefully resting in God’s love, They came, the Seven Spirits of God, all in their respective colours, brilliant, magnificent, mighty and glorious.

They hovered over the people lying on the ground, and then they came down and touched many people. Those who had been touched started emitting a light that corresponded with the colour of the Spirit that had touched them, some people emited multiple colours. It was incredible. All these colours were shining up high into the heavens from the people.

Then I saw how the angels that had been standing amongst the people started to minister to the people on the ground. I saw how they marked people with oil on their foreheads. These were the ones who would manifest the characteristics of the seven Spirits on the earth.

Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads. ⁵ And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are theseven Spirits of God.

Rev 4: 4,5

There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse,
And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.
